Honestly, the most appealing was the culture Vicky and Michele had established, a company that performed as a Fortune 500 company with the culture of a small family business. Also, the diversity of products offered. I don’t know of logistics companies that can truly service and be price competitive on that many different modes of transportation. Lastly, I would say the financial security of the business. Good credit and integrity ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner while also surveying risk with issuing credit to customers.”
